Entra ID model for agents

Agents are workload identities, not human users.
Production target: Microsoft Entra service principal or managed identity per certified agent family.
Runtime token contains app roles, OAuth scopes, tenant, audience, expiry, and correlation ID.
Before any tool call, BP Sphere checks role, ABAC policy, data classification, mission scope, authority, and action boundary.

What this does not claim

This validation environment does not claim to be connected to BP's production Entra tenant.
The page shows the required integration contract and runtime enforcement points.
Production onboarding requires BP tenant app registration, consent, SCIM/JIT rules, audit sink, and privileged-access controls.
Agent write-back remains policy-bound and human-approved unless BP certifies controlled autonomy.
