This BP library merges enabled tenant domain packs with the reconciled live registry (iaf_policy_definitions), so it lists every policy the runtime can evaluate — including the 100-policy P2P catalog — not only what shipped as a YAML file. Rows sourced from the live registry are labelled in their source path.
